JUDGMENT

Introduction

[1] This is an application dated 31 October 2017 filed by the 1st to 5th defendants (encl 131) under O 92 r 4 of the Rules of Court 2012 to disqualify Mr John Khoo Boo Lai and Messrs Ismail Khoo & Associates from acting as counsel or co-counsel, or as solicitors for the plaintiff in the present action. On 4 December 2017, this court allowed the defendants' application.

[2] The plaintiff is not satisfied with the decision of this court in respect of encl 131 and on 11 December 2017 filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision. In the meantime, the present action has been fixed for continued hearing on the following dates:

(a) 10 to 12 January 2018;

(b) 24 to 26 January 2018; and

(c) 1 to 2 February 2018.
