WHAT INFORMATION DOES ELAW GATHER AND/OR TRACK ABOUT YOU?
Personally Identifying Information
Free E-Mails: When you sign-up to receive free eLaw e-mail information bulletins, the Website requires that you supply your name and e-mail address. TDL Products: When you register to receive TDL’s products via the Website, whether those products are free or paid, the Website requires that you supply your full name, e- mail address, contact information, and a unique subscriber ID. The Website may also require demographic information (e.g., whether you are a lawyer and for what type of entity you work). Customers must also agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use applicable to the product for which they are registering. In some instances, the Website also collect’s credit card information to bill subscribers for premium products.

Anonymous Information
The Website may also gather anonymous information, which may be used by TDL or shared with third parties. This information does not personally identify you but may be helpful for improving the services we offer. Generally, this information is collected through "traffic data" and may entail the use of "cookies," "IP addresses," or other numeric codes used to identify a computer.

Cookies: "Cookies" give users a special, random ID which are small text files, which are stored on the hard drive of a user's computer. The Website employs cookies to recognize you and your access privileges for certain locations on The Website as well as to track site usage. Upon your request, the Website will provide you with its record of the personal information you gave us at registration. For security reasons, this information will only be sent to the e-mail address on file for the subscriber ID associated with it. Correspondence with the Website: If you send the Website personal correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, or if other users or third parties send correspondence to the Website about your activities or postings on the Website, the Website may collect such information into a file specific to you. All submissions become property of the Website

Anonymous Information
The Website also shares the information it gathers in a compiled format with advertisers and other partners. The compiled format does not include personally identifying information.

WHAT DOES ELAW DO WITH THE INFORMATION IT GATHERS AND/OR TRACKS?

Postal Addresses
TDL collects postal mailing address information from you so that we may fulfil the orders you submit to us and inform you of The Website programs, products and services in which you may be interested. You have the right to opt-out of receiving postal mailings from The Website. If you do not wish to receive postal mailings from TDL in the future, please send an email to TDL.

Corrections/Cancellations
