JUDGMENT

Introduction

[1] The respondent Wife ("RW") had filed an application (encl 73) to commit the plaintiff Husband ("PH") to prison for contempt of court pursuant to leave granted by this court (encl 68) for alleged failure to comply with the interim order dated 17 February 2017 [(encl 61) - ("the said order")]. PH, in an effort to challenge the said contempt proceeding, subsequently filed an application (encl 82) seeking to set aside/revoked the said leave as granted by this court.

[2] The relevant cause papers and written submissions, are as follows:
